Hanamā‘ulu Beach Park in Kauaʻi will be closed Nov. 9 through 30 for maintenance originally scheduled for September.
The closure was postponed due to Hurricane Lowell, a news release said.
The park closure is necessary to allow the Department of Parks and Recreation and partner agencies to clean the park, repair facilities, trim trees, maintain the grounds and remove abandoned vehicles.
