The Kaua‘i Police Department has received reports that some callers using Verizon wireless service may experience difficulty connecting to the non-emergency dispatch line at 808-241-1711.
Verizon customers should use either of the following numbers to report non-emergencies: 808-755-8516 or 808-652-7837.
The 911 line remains fully operational for emergencies.
