UPDATE: All lanes open on Kūhio Highway following water main break

All lanes are now open on Kūhio Highway following a mainline break earlier Monday.

According to the Department of Water, the break caused the closure of one lane on the northbound side of Kūhio Highway near the intersection of Papaloa Road for about 8 hours.
