Kauaʻi Police Department notifies the public that there will be several temporary road closures July 25 in Poʻipū for the annual Kōloa Plantation Days Parade.
The parade starts at 3 p.m.

Road closures:
- Closed 2 to 5 p.m.: Poʻipū Road (from Kiahuna Golf Course to Kōloa Road).
- Closed from 2 to 5 p.m.: Kōloa Road (from Ala Kalanikaumaka to Weliweli Road).
- Closed from 2 to 8 p.m.: Maluhia Road (from Kōloa Road to Ala Kinoiki).
Kauaʻi Police Department officers will be posted at key intersections and other strategic locations.
Police will be present until 5 p.m. at the Maluhia closure site, after which a private security company will maintain the road closure until 8 p.m.
Roads open for travel in and out of Poʻipū will be Ala Kalanikaumaka and Ala Kinoiki.
Motorists should drive with caution and allow additional time to get to their destination as traffic delays are expected.
