The Club at Kukuiʻula in Po‘ipū appointed a new leader to manage services for its members.

“Anne brings a level of care, intuition and professionalism that is essential to this role,” said The Club at Kukui‘ula General Manager Brian Hallberg in an announcement about Sachs being named to the position. “She understands the importance of connection — to our members, to our team and to this place — and we’re confident she will build on that in a meaningful way.”

Sachs brings extensive experience in luxury hospitality, owner services and operations on Kauaʻi.

She most recently served as owner services manager at The Parrish Collection in Poʻipū, where she managed a portfolio of vacation homes and worked closely with homeowners to deliver seamless service and elevated guest experiences.

Sachs previously had roles in real estate operations and marketing at Hōkūala Real Estate, where she supported sales, coordinated events and managed cross-department initiatives.

Her experience spans client relations, brand stewardship and operational coordination within resort and residential communities.

Sachs in her new role will serve as a primary point of contact for The Club at Kukuiʻula members, leading membership services and working with multiple teams to ensure a thoughtful, personalized experience reflecting the club’s values.

Sameshima is retiring after 22 years of dedicated service to The Club at Kukuiʻula and its members.

She played an integral role throughout her tenure in shaping the member experience and supporting the growth of Kukui‘ula from its earliest days into the vibrant community it is today.

“We are deeply grateful to Brenda for her years of commitment, care and leadership,” said Hallberg. “Her contributions have left a lasting impact on our members, team and the Kukui‘ula community.”
