No swimming advised in waters off ‘Anini Beach because of Portuguese man o’ war

Kaua‘i Ocean Safety Bureau officials advise no swimming this weekend as Portuguese man o’ war were spotted Saturday, June 13, in waters off ‘Anini Beach Park on Saturday, June 13.
Signs are posted in the area. Officials will reassess the waters Monday morning, June 15.
Beachgoers are urged to follow all warning signs.
