Bangkok Happy Bowl and Sushi Bar is ringing in summer with nightly live Hawaiian music and hula performances throughout June, continuing its commitment to bringing together authentic island entertainment, exceptional dining and community connection.
Kauaʻi’s only Asian restaurant featuring live performances 7 nights a week offers guests a one-of-a-kind dining experience with authentic Thai cuisine, fresh sushi and open-air island ambiance.

Performances hit the state from 6 to 8:30 p.m. each night. A lineup of talented Kauaʻi musicians and dancers who bring the spirit of aloha to life through music, movement and storytelling offers guests an immersive cultural experience paired with bold flavors and welcoming atmosphere.
June weekly entertainment schedule
Monday: Lance Mizumoto and the second half of the month Mizumoto and Benson Broyles
- Relaxed acoustic performances featuring smooth vocals, rhythmic guitar and contemporary island-inspired favorites.
Tuesday: Michelle Walker and Tatum Kaui
- Kaui is a contemporary independent artist whose style blends soulful vocals with modern island influences, complementing Walker’s eclectic mix of Hawaiian contemporary music, island favorites and heartfelt storytelling for a warm and uplifting midweek experience.
Wednesday: Gaither Rosser
- Known for masterful guitar work and a remarkable ability to make every performance feel timeless, Rosser brings an expansive repertoire spanning classics from the 1950s through today’s favorites, blending skillful musicianship with crowd-pleasing versatility.
Thursday: Lance Mizumoto
- A laid-back evening of warm vocals, easygoing guitar and modern Hawaiian influences.
Friday: Falling Down Romance (Diane Rubio)
- A unique blend of ‘ukulele, cello and percussion delivers a creative and energetic performance filled with original style and island charm.
Saturday: Falling Down Romance
- High-energy acoustic sets featuring upbeat favorites, inventive arrangements and vibrant stage presence.
Sunday: Bonnie Vannoy and Benson Broyles
- A relaxing close to the week with easy-listening classics, rich harmonies and timeless island-inspired tunes.
