The public is notified that the intersection of Po‘ipū Road with Ala Kinoiki and Pe‘e Road was converted to a roundabout, with yield signs on all entrances.
Ongoing construction work continues in the area until further notice.
Electronic message boards and signs are installed in the area to inform motorists.
Construction crews will make every effort to complete the work as efficiently as possible while minimizing impacts to the surrounding community.
“We appreciate your patience, understanding and cooperation as these necessary improvements are completed at the Po‘ipū Road, Ala Kinoiki, and Pe‘e Road roundabout,” said Kaua‘i County in an announcement about the new roundabout.
