Kaua‘i community members are invited to a workshop next week to help with the development of a Comprehensive Safety Action Plan for the county.
The workshop is planned for 5:30 to 7 p.m. April 8 in the Planning Commission Room at Līhu‘e Civic Center.

Kauaʻi County is developing the safety action plan to identify strategies to improve road safety and move toward the goal of eliminating traffic deaths and serious injuries for all road users.
The plan will guide future investments and actions to create safer streets for everyone who walks, drives, bikes or rides transit.
Community members are encouraged to participate, share their experiences and help shape the priorities for future safety improvements. Their feedback is essential in identifying areas and issues that matter most.
Come be part of the conversation and help make Kauaʻi’s roads safer for all.
