Kaua‘i County Agency on Elderly Affairs invites community members to join two upcoming “talk story” sessions highlighting several of the agency’s healthy aging programs.
Presentations are scheduled for 11 a.m. to noon March 30 and 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. April 2 at Anahola Clubhouse, located at 3900 Kawelo St., in Anahola.

Kaua‘i County Agency on Elderly Affairs healthy aging programs are designed to support kūpuna with staying active, connected and well.
Attendees of these engaging presentations will learn about evidence-based and community-centered programs:
- EnhanceFitness: A group exercise program focused on strength, balance, flexibility and heart health.
- Better Choices, Better Health: A workshop series offering tools and support for people managing ongoing health conditions.
- Better Balance Line Dancing Class: A fun, social activity that incorporates movement to improve balance, coordination and confidence.
The Agency on Elderly Affairs encourages all interested community members, caregivers and kūpuna to attend, ask questions and learn how these programs can support healthier aging on the Garden Isle.
