Kaua’i County Department of Parks and Recreation issued an invitation for bid for a retail vendor’s concession stand at Spouting Horn Park in Poʻipū.

Deadline to submit bids is 3 p.m. April 9. All interested bidders must submit a notice of intention to bid and application to bid by 3 p.m. March 24.

Key dates

  • Deadline for inquiries: March 19.
  • Notification of qualification: March 26.
  • Response to inquiries: March 26.
  • Tentative award date: April 30.

There are eight concession stands located at Spouting Horn Park. The monthly rental upset bid price is $3,500.
