UPDATE: Phone service restored at Kaua‘i County Department of Water

Update at 9:45 p.m. March 10, 2026: Kauaʻi County Department of Water reported late this afternoon (March 10) that phone service was restored.

The public is advised to visit the county Department of Water website or email to publicrelations@kauaiwater.org. Customers can contact the department at 808-855-8209 or the Administrative office at 808-755-5824 until 2:30 p.m. to report water leaks and/or outages.

Water leaks can be reported after 2:30 p.m. by calling Kauaʻi Police Dispatch at 808-241-1711.

Kauaʻi County Department of Water Information Technology Division is actively monitoring the situation and working as quickly as possible to restore service.

Any updates will be shared as soon as more information becomes available.
