Single lane closures are scheduled along Haleilio Road in Kapaʻa from Wednesday to Friday this week.
Single lane closures are scheduled for Haleilio Road between Wailana Road to Eggerking Road, which is marked by the yellow line on this screenshot of Google Maps.
The Department of Public Works and its contractor, Maui Kupono Builders, will implement single lane closures on Haleilio Road from Wailana Road to Eggerking Road for road repaving. Weather permitting, crews will work from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Feb. 25 to Feb. 27.
Motorists are asked to make arrangements to accommodate the necessary lane closures, use alternate routes, and allow extra time to reach destinations. Flaggers will be positioned at the work zone to direct traffic.
