The Department of Public Works and the contractor, Cushnie Construction Co. Inc., will begin widening the road and adding a left-turn lane to Ala Kinoiki Way in Poʻipū starting Tuesday.

Single-lane closures will be ongoing for a portion of Ala Kinoiki Way from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. from Tuesday, Feb. 17, to Friday, April 17.
Motorists are asked to make arrangements to accommodate the necessary lane closures, use alternate routes, and allow extra time to reach their destinations.
Flaggers will be positioned at the work zone to direct traffic.
