High winds temporarily close golf course on Kaua‘i

The Wailua Golf Course is closed today due to inclement weather.

According to the National Weather Service, Kaua‘i is currently under a high wind advisory through 6 a.m. Tuesday, causing south to southwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph.

This closure is necessary as a safety precaution.
