The Kauaʻi Department of Water has announced new public access hours for its bill payment drop box following the completion of a motorized entry gate at its administrative building in Līhuʻe.

Officials said the drop box, located in the department’s parking lot at 4398 Pua Loke St., will be accessible Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., excluding holidays.

The department said customers may also continue to pay their water bills through the online customer portal, by mail or in person during regular walk-in hours.
