Concrete barriers will be set on the makai side of the highway as part of the ongoing restriping efforts. Northbound traffic will continue to pass through the work area without disruption.

The Hawai’i Department of Transportation urges motorists to plan for delays and drive with caution as construction crews work to complete the work.
