Kaua‘i County Department of Public Works and contractor Maui Kupono Builders notify the public that single lane closures will be necessary beginning this week along Kamalu Road in Kapa‘a.

Closures are scheduled from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Nov. 21-30, weather permitting, and are necessary to accommodate road repaving work.
Motorists should make appropriate arrangements, use alternate routes when possible and allow extra time to get to destinations.
Flaggers also will be in the work zone to direct traffic.
