Shops at Kukui‘ula announces festive events to kick off 2025 holiday season
The Shops at Kukui‘ula in Poʻipū will kick off the 2025 holiday season with a series of festive events, including the Kōloa Elementary School Holiday Bag Fundraiser and a Small Business Saturday celebration.
Mark your calendars now for the following special holiday events.

Black Friday at The Shops at Kukui‘ula
WHEN: 8 a.m. to 1 p.m Nov. 28
The holiday weekend will be packed full of special offers, giveaways and a chance to take home exclusive gifts, including:
- Special gift with purchase: Spend a combined $350 or more at any of the stores or restaurants and receive a limited-edition mini weekender bag designed in collaboration with Nyla & Co., while supplies last.
- Lappert’s Hawai‘i breakfast on us: Present any Black Friday receipt from The Shops at Kukui‘ula to receive a Lappert’s coupon for a complimentary coffee-of-the-day and pastry. One coupon per person; exclusions apply. Offer valid while supplies last.
- YETI cooler prize drawing: Enter to win a branded YETI Roadie cooler (valued at $200) or a YETI Tundra 35 (valued at $275). No purchase necessary; one entry per person.
Kōloa Elementary School Holiday Bag Fundraiser
WHEN: Nov. 26 to Dec. 24: 5 p.m. Nov. 26 launch and ‘ukulele concert
The Shops at Kukui‘ula is proud to once again partner with Kōloa Elementary School for its annual Holiday Bag Fundraiser. The season begins with a special ‘ukulele concert by students in grades kindergarten through fifth in The Palm Court during the weekly culinary market. Hand-decorated holiday gift bags created by students will be available for a minimum $1 donation at select retailers throughout the center. All proceeds directly support Kōloa Elementary and its programs.
Small Business Saturday Market
WHEN: 3 to 7 p.m. Nov. 29
This year’s Small Business Saturday features Hawai‘i-made products, holiday activities and entertainment for the whole ‘ohana. Guests will enjoy holiday shopping specials, live music, keiki crafts and a visit from Santa, complete with a snowy surprise.
Participating vendors include: Matt Bruening, Cassandra Rull, Schorr Design, Holly Ka‘iakapu, Kaua‘i Candle, Kulamanu Designs, White Sands Jewelry, Ili Scrub, Kaua‘i Pottery Studio, Obsessed 808, Wai‘iti Botanicals, Noe Creations, Rooster Moon, Stargrit and Kaua‘i Christies Art.
