Update at 2:34 p.m. Oct. 31, 2025: Kaua‘i Police Department reports that 14-year-old Levi Winchester, who was previously reported as a runaway, was located and is in good health.

Police thank the public for their vigilance and assistance.

Levi Winchester

Levi Winchester is 5-foot-7 inches tall, weighs about 120 pounds, with a slim build, brown hair and blue eyes.

He was last seen wearing a dark-colored hooded jacket, blue Dickies pants and a gray backpack while carrying a skateboard.

Levi is known to frequent the Kapa‘a skate park and the Wailuā area.

Kaua‘i Police Department is actively investigating his whereabouts. Anyone with information about his whereabouts is urged to come forward by contacting Kaua‘i Police Department Dispatch at 808-241-1711.
