The Kaua‘i Department of Public Works and its contractor, GP Roadway Solutions, will conduct lane closures along portions of Olohena Road on Thursday and Friday.

The closures are necessary to complete guardrail repair and installation work, which will improve roadway safety.
The repairs will be conducted near Kapa‘a Middle School on Oct. 16 and 17, between 8 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.
Motorists are encouraged to plan ahead, consider using alternative routes, and anticipate brief delays

No parking will be allowed within the work zones, and flaggers will direct traffic through the affected area.
