Kauaʻi County Department of Water opened its office later than normal at 9:30 a.m. Aug. 27.
The adjusted hours are necessary to accommodate staff training. Normal business hours will resume Aug. 28.
The department’s usual lobby and walk-in service hours are 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday, except holidays. Phone service is available from 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Customers can drop off bill payments at the bill payment drop box in the Department of Water parking lot at 4398 Pū‘ali Loke St. in Līhuʻe.
Customers also have 24/7 access to their water accounts online.
