Wilcox Health Foundation to benefit from Kukuiʻula’s 2025 Summer Parade of Homes
Kukuiʻula — a 1,010-acre residential and resort community in Poʻipū, nestled between the National Tropical Botanical Garden and historic Old Kōloa Town — invites the public to come see what living in a custom-designed home can be like while supporting a vital lifeline for people around Kauaʻi at the same time.

Those who attend the 2025 Summer Parade of Homes from 1 to 4 p.m. Aug. 21 get to take a self-guided tour through a collection of beautiful homes on the market in the Kukuiʻula community on the Garden Isle’s South Shore, plus their donations help local health care access through the Wilcox Health Foundation’s Mālama Fund.
The Mālama Fund provides financial assistance for patients in need on Kaua‘i. It helps hundreds of patients every year to access essential care and services, including medication, medical equipment and transportation.
During just the past 5 years, the Mālama Fund has provided support to nearly 1,000 patients needing critical support and services for recovery.
“Wilcox is committed to serving Kauaʻi, so this support from Kuikuiʻula and our community is especially meaningful,” said Wilcox Medical Center President and Chief Executive Officer Jen Chahanovich in Kukuiʻula’s announcement about the upcoming home tour. “We’re so grateful for this gift to the Mālama Fund, which helps ensure that everyone, from our kūpuna to our keiki, can get the lifesaving care they need right here at home.”
Each home will be open, with light bites and refreshments, community ambiance and a chance to win exclusive prizes for those who donate.

From oceanfront retreats to family estates, each house highlights the diversity of architectural styles and lifestyle offerings throughout Kukuiʻula’s neighborhoods.
“We’re honored to welcome the community into Kukuiʻula this summer in support of a mission that touches every ʻohana on Kaua‘i — access to quality health care,” said Vice President of Land Assets and Community Relations of Brue Baukol Capital Partners Kaua‘i Trinette Kaui in the home tour announcement. “The Mālama Fund makes a difference for families across the island, and we hope this event will inspire generosity and connection.”
Brue Baukol Capital Partners is the owner and developer of the Kukuiʻula community. The real estate investment firm is headquartered in Denver.
Guests will receive one sweepstakes entry for every $25 donated. The more they give, the more chances they have to win.
Prizes include:
- Two-night stay at The Lodge at Kukuiʻula.
- Golf experience.
- Spa treatment.
- Kukuiʻula gift packs.
- And more — there are 8 prizes in total.
