“We are honored to be recognized as having one of the top hotel restaurants in the country,” said Grand Hyatt Kaua‘i General Manager Michael Murphy. “This award is a testament to the dedication of our incredible restaurant team who work tirelessly to create a memorable dining experience for every guest.”

OpenTable is the premier real-time online restaurant reservation network and review platform. KAYAK is a popular travel meta-search engine.

The Top 100 Hotel Restaurants in America for 2025 list is generated from more than 10 million reviews from verified OpenTable diners and evaluated by a compilation of unique data points, including diner ratings and percentage of five-star reviews.

The restaurant’s menu showcases modern Hawaiian cuisine, featuring fresh local seafood and premium steak selections, inspired by the flavors of the islands.

Diners can also enjoy some of the freshest greens available, sourced directly from the resort’s on-site hydroponic garden. The 4,000-square-foot-garden produces more than 500 pounds of lettuce and microgreens weekly.
