Lane closures scheduled for portion of Kalili Place in Kapa‘a

Motorists are advised that road closures and single-lane contraflow traffic patterns are scheduled July 17 for a portion of Kalili Place in Kapa‘a, weather permitting.

Kaua‘i County Department of Public Works and contractor Grace Pacific notify the public that lane closures will be in place from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., beginning at the Kolopua Road intersection and extending to the end of Kalili place.

The modified traffic pattern is necessary for road resurfacing work.

Electronic message boards will be posted to inform motorists.

Drivers should plan accordingly.

Allow extra travel time if you must drive through the work area. Avoid parking in the work zones.

Flaggers will be on site to direct traffic.
