Police ask for public’s help with identifying Kapa‘a burglary suspect
Kaua‘i Police Department is asking the public for help with identifying a suspect involved in a burglary earlier this week at a Coconut Marketplace business in Kapa‘a.

The incident happened during the early morning hours of June 23 at Ayatar Boutique. An estimated $14,500 in jewelry was stolen.
Officers reviewed surveillance footage showing a lone suspect entering the store through a window and taking the items.
The suspect was wearing a black hoodie jacket with the word “Kaua‘i” in white letters, black pants and footwear resembling Crocs.
A still image of the suspect is being released to aid in the identification process.
