Kaua‘i County announces facility closures on Memorial Day

In observance of Memorial Day, County of Kaua‘i offices will be closed on May 26.

The following county facilities will be closed:

• All neighborhood centers
• All refuse transfer stations
• The Kekaha Landfill
• The Puhi Metals Recycling Center
• All HI5 redemption centers

The Waimea and Kapa‘a swimming pools will observe Memorial Day on May 27, and will be closed that day.

The schedule for residential refuse pick-up will remain unchanged. The Kaua‘i Bus will be operating on its current daily schedule.

Regular business hours for county offices and services will resume on May 27.
