Kapa‘a Swimming Pool closed until further notice

Kaua‘i County Department of Parks and Recreation announced earlier this week that Kapa‘a Swimming Pool is closed until further notice, pending repairs, following a mechanical failure.
The closure began April 1.
Parks and Recreation is working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Officials thank the community for its patience and understanding.

The Waimea pool remains open for its regular schedule:
- 10:30 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. Tuesday: Open swim.
- 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, Thursday and Friday: Adult swim.
- 9:30 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. Wednesday, Thursday and Friday: Open swim.
- 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. Saturday: Adult swim.
- 11:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Saturday: Open swim.
