County Engineering Division now offers road permit applications online

- USE THE SEARCH BAR to find the road permit application form or click the “Public Works\Engineering” icon and select the “Road Permit Application” icon.
- FOLLOW THE SYSTEM PROMPTS and tab through the application process.
- UPLOAD ALL NECESSARY DOCUMENTS with the application, including: any applicable approved construction plans and traffic control plans; construction schedule; certificate of insurance naming Kaua‘i County as additional insured; and 3 emergency contacts.
