A lane closure on Kūhiō Highway at Hanalei Hill is scheduled for emergency tree removal today.
The lane closure will occur between Princeville and Hanalei Bridge from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. According to Hawai‘i Department of Transportation, alternating traffic will be allowed through the open lane.
Short, intermittent full closures may be required to remove the larger pieces of debris.
