American Idol winner Iam Tongi to perform on Kaua‘i in July

American Idol 2023 winner Iam Tongi is scheduled to be the featured musical performer at America’s Most West Freedom Fest, at Pacific Missile Range Facility, July 3.

“We are absolutely thrilled to announce the extraordinarily talented Iam Tongi will be the headliner at this much-anticipated event,” said the director of PMRF’s Morale, Welfare and Recreation program, Jeffrey Shaw. “What an honor it is to have such an incredible musician and Hawai‘i’s own superstar perform for our PMRF and Kaua‘i ohana at this fantastic community celebration.”

America’s Most West Freedom Fest begins at 4:30 p.m. The event is open to the public and will feature food and craft vendors, activities for children, live music and a fireworks show.

“In addition to Iam Tongi, we have the incredible honor of welcoming back Hawai‘i’s own country star Waylon Nihipali to entertain the guests with American Idol finalist Morgan Gruber. The live music kicks off with the fantastic sounds of country music artist Payton Sullivan,” said Shaw.
