Swell Summary
Strong trade winds will continue to generate rough, choppy surf along east facing shores through the weekend, gradually easing early next week. Surf along north and west facing shores will remain small today, but a new, long-period north-northwest swell will arrive tonight and peak Saturday, then diminish Sunday. Peak surf heights will approach High Surf Advisory levels along exposed north facing shores. A moderate-sized, long-period northwest swell is possible Monday into Wednesday of next week, with the potential for a larger north-northeast swell later next week. A small, long-period southwest swell is possible late this weekend and early next week.
