Learn more about homeownership on Hawaiian Home Lands during weekend workshop

Those interested in home ownership on Hawaiian Home Lands are invited to learn more about the process during a free workshop on Saturday.

Hawai‘i Community Lending, a nonprofit mortgage lender, will host the Pilina Kaiāulu Workshop in Kapa’a from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The workshop will take place at Kalukalu at 1624, located at 4-1624 Kūhiō Highway.

Featuring a guest speaker from Hawaiian Community Assets, this workshop will provide insights into building and buying a home on Hawaiian Home Lands. Light lunch will be served.

The workshop will include a presentation of a variety of tools, services and programs tailored for beneficiaries. A breakout session and open discussion are planned to allow attendees an opportunity to engage with experts.
