Swell Summary
Surf along exposed north and west facing shores is peaking early this morning well above warning levels, which will continue through tonight as a significant northwest (320 degrees) swell moves through. A gradual downward trend is expected over the weekend, with heights dipping below advisory levels by the end of the day Sunday. Surf along east facing shores will steadily lower into the weekend as the north- northeast swell eases and the trades diminish. Surf along south facing shores will remain small with mainly background long-period south-southwest swells expected. Some of the typical southerly exposures could see some wrap from the large northwest swell today.
