Road closures scheduled for portions of Waipouli Road in Kapa‘a starting Wednesday

Portions of Waipouli Road in Kapa‘a will be closed weekdays, starting Wednesday till Oct. 6 from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for road resurfacing work. 

Temporary full road closure will be necessary for portions of this repair. When possible, one lane will be used to accommodate alternating traffic in both directions. Access to properties will be provided.

Motorists are advised to make appropriate arrangements to accommodate the necessary road closures, use alternate routes, and allow extra time to get to destinations.

During this time, no parking will be allowed in the work zones. Flaggers will be positioned at both ends of the work zone to direct traffic. All roadwork is weather permitting.
