The Pacific Tsunami Warning Center reported an earthquake with a magnitude of 6.5 occurred at approximately 9:11 a.m. HST in the Tonga region.
The Pacific Tsunami Warning Center confirms there is no tsunami threat to Kaua‘i or the State of Hawai‘i.
