Submissions for Agricultural Dedication Petitions on Kauaʻi due July 3

The deadline for filing for new agricultural dedication petitions for the upcoming 2024 assessment on Kauaʻi this year is July 3, since the usual deadline of July 1 falls on a weekend.

This program provides a real property tax incentive in exchange for a 5-year commitment to commercial farming.

Petition forms also may be submitted via the countywide Land Information Management System. Online submissions can be accessed at Connect.Kauai.gov.
