The Association of Hawaiians for Homestead Lands – an advocacy organization for beneficiaries defined in the Hawaiian Homes Commission Act of 1920 – is inviting the public attend an online briefing about the historic piece of legislation.

“Learn more about what Prince Kuhio envisioned for his people,” organizers for the June 8 event said. “It will walk our people through the work that Jonah Kūhiō Kalaniana‘ole set forth for all HHCA beneficiaries.”

The online briefing is part of a project of the Association of Hawaiians for Homestead Lands in partnership with the Homestead Community Development Corporation and Office of Hawaiian Affairs.
