Can you identify the man in the surveillance photo?

The Kaua‘i Police Department is seeking the public’s help with identifying a man captured on surveillance on April 21, 2023, on Kipuka Street in Kōloa.

According to police, the man was captured on surveillance footage breaking into a vehicle and attempting to break into another vehicle on Kipuka Street. Police believe he is responsible for nine other car break-ins on Kipuka Street on April 21.

It is unknown if any other subjects are involved with the vehicle break-ins at this time.

Kauaʻi detectives are actively investigating this case. Anyone with information on the identity of the suspect or with information on these reported incidents is encouraged to contact police dispatch at 808-241-1711.
