PAL Kaua‘i: Two units available at Kauhale O Kapa’a

PAL Kaua‘i, a local nonprofit dedicated to “permanently affordable living,” has announced two units available at Kauhale O Kapa‘a.

The studios offer a full bathroom with a tub and a kitchenette that opens up into the living space. Situated in the heart of Old Kapa’a town, the location is perfect for those who are looking to live close to where they work and walk or bike to their essential needs.

Rent is $1,800 per month. A $1,800 deposit is required.

Rent includes electric, gas, water, sewer and trash. Tenants would be responsible for internet, cable, phone, etc.

There is a limit of two occupants with a minimum six-month lease. There is an income limit of 120% area median income.
