Hanalei Beach parking lots to close Wednesday, Thursday mornings

The Kaua‘i Department of Parks and Recreation has announced county parking lots at Hanalei Bay on the North Shore will be temporarily closed on Wednesday, April 12 and Thursday, April 13 from 5 to 10 a.m.

The temporary closures are necessary for repairs of the parking lots.

The following parking lots will be affected:

  • Waioli Beach Park (Pine Trees) parking lot one near He‘e Road – Wednesday, April 12, 5 to 10 a.m.
  • Waioli Beach Park (Pine Trees) parking lot two near Anae Road – Wednesday, April 12, 5 to 10 a.m.
  • Hanalei Black Pot near Weke Road – Thursday, April 13, 5 to 10 a.m.
  • Hanalei Pavilion near Weke Road and Pilikoa Road – April 13, 5 to 10 a.m.
