Free Aqua Zumba classes at Waimea swimming pool

Ho‘ola Lahui Hawai‘i – Kaua‘i Community Health Center will offer free Aqua Zumba classes at the Waimea swimming pool on March 14, 21 and 28, from 9 to 10 a.m., announced the Kauaʻi County Department of Parks and Recreation.

The classes are for adults 18 years and older. They will consist of 30 minutes of Aqua Zumba and 30 minutes of water exercises.
