Hapa Kaua‘i is the second location for owners Michael Littman and Chef Sarah Littman, who first started their culinary business with Hapa PDX, a then-ramen cart in Portland, Oregon.

“We are thrilled and humbled to continue our journey with Hapa Kaua‘i at The Shops at Kukui‘ula,” said Michael Littman.
