Sewer system maintenance work will require a portion of Kūhiō Highway in Hanamā‘ulu to be closed this week.
The southbound lane of the highway, between Laukona Street and Kapaia Road, will be closed from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Nov. 9, weather permitting. Two-way traffic will be maintained where possible.
Motorists should drive with caution, expect delays and adjust travel times as needed.
