Want to learn more about Kīlauea Point Bicycle and Pedestrian Access Project?
A presentation about the Kīlauea Point Bicycle and Pedestrian Access Project will be shown on Nov. 1 at the Kīlauea Neighborhood Center, 4260 Keneke Street.
The Kauaʻi Department of Public Works will explain the project during the monthly meeting of the Kīlauea Neighborhood Association. It runs from 7 to 9 p.m.
The presentation will include a background of the project, construction phasing, conceptual design discussion, and questions and comments from the public.

The project’s conceptual design includes improved safety for multimodal transportation and pedestrian and bicycle access to the Kīlauea Point National Wildlife Refuge overlook.
