Ironman results: All Kaua‘i athletes cross finish line at iconic triathlon

Two women and one man from Kaua‘i were among the more than 5,000 athletes from around the world to compete in the VinFast Ironman World Championship this week in Kailua-Kona. After a two-year hiatus, the grueling 140.6-mile triathlon returned to the Big Island in an expanded two-day race format with women competing on Thursday and men taking to the course on Saturday.

All results for Kaua‘i athletes are listed below. The preliminary finish times are according to the Ironman tracker app.

Women’s Division age 45-49

Jodie Owen, 45, of Līhu‘e, finished at 8:37:41 p.m.; finish time: 13:47:41
