Lane Closures Scheduled For Portions of Kōloa Roadways

Parts of two Kōloa roadways will be closed in October because of road resurfacing work, weather permitting.

Lane closures are scheduled for 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. weekdays from Oct. 3-19 for portions of Waikomo and Poʻipū roads. The closures will occur:

• Oct. 3-4 on Waikomo Road, between Poʻipū Road and Kapau Road.
• Oct. 4-19 on Poʻipū Road, between Kōloa Road and the Poʻipū Road Roundabout.

No parking will be allowed in the work zones. Flaggers will be present at both ends of the work zone to direct traffic.

Motorists should make appropriate arrangements to accommodate the necessary road closures, use alternate routes and allow extra time to get to their destinations.
