Haleko Road Closure on Sept. 24

Haleko Road, from Rice Street to Pua Loke Street, in Lihue will be closed for road maintenance work on Sept. 24 from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., weather permitting.
The closure will allow the Department of Public Works Roads Division to conduct tree trimming, grass cutting and shoulder maintenance along the roadway.
Motorists are advised to seek alternate routes during the road closure and allow additional time to get to destinations in the area.
