LĪHU‘E

Right lane closure possible in either direction on Kūhiō Highway (Route 56) between Kapule Highway and the Wailua Golf Course, Monday, Aug. 29, through Friday, Sept. 2, from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. for grass cutting.

WAILUA (24/7 CONDITION)

Right shoulder closure and narrowed lanes of Kūhiō Highway (Route 56) in the southbound direction between mile markers 5.7 and 6.7, in the vicinity of Leho Drive and Kapa‘a Bypass, for the Kūhiō Highway Short-Term Improvements.

WAILUA (NIGHT WORK)

Two lane closure of Kūhiō Highway (Route 56) in either direction between mile markers 5.6 and 6.6, in the vicinity of Leho Drive and Kapa‘a Bypass, nightly from 8 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 28, through 5 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 31, for paving for the Kūhiō Highway Short-Term Improvements.

4) KĪLAUEA (NIGHT WORK)

Right lane closure on Kūhiō Highway (Route 56) possible in either direction between Kapuna Road and Kahiliholo Road, nightly from 8 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 28, through 5 a.m. Friday, Sept. 2, for installation of rumble strips and pavement striping.

WAIKOKO

Right lane closure on Kūhiō Highway (Route 560) possible in either direction between mile markers 3.8 and 4.6, vicinity of Waikoko, Monday, Aug. 29, through Friday, Sept. 2, from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., for tree and grass cutting.

WAIKOKO

Right lane closure on Kūhiō Highway (Route 560) possible in either direction between mile markers 4.1 and 4.5, vicinity of Waikoko, Monday, Aug. 29, through Friday, Sept. 2, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. for rockfall mitigation.

WAINIHA

Right lane closure on Kūhiō Highway (Route 560) possible in either direction between Ananalu Road and Alealea Road, on Monday, Aug. 29, through Wednesday, Aug. 31, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. for slurry sealing of pavement. On Wednesday, Aug. 31, both lanes will be closed on a temporary basis for 30-45 min. at a time.
