Portion of Kua Road in Lāwaʻi Closed

The county reported shortly before 2 p.m. that a portion of a Lāwaʻi roadway is closed.
Kua Road, about half a mile from Kaumuali‘i Highway, is closed because of a fallen tree. Kaua’i Island Utility Cooperative and the county Department of Public Works are on scene to clear the area.
Updates will be given when more information is available.
